A simple, refreshing dressing to enjoy on many salads.

When I want a light salad, I tend to think of fruit or juice. But I still long for the tang of a dressing. Lime Dressing always fills the bill. It’s light in calories and has the zing in every bite. This recipe is a delicious way to amp up any veggie or pasta salad. You can also drizzle it in a wrap or over a rice bowl, or give a side of vegetables a little more pizzaz! And what’s even better, Lime Dressing contains only 7 ingredients!

What you need to make lime dressing

  • Lemon juice
  • Lime juice
  • Liquid Aminos (regular or Coconut)
  • Garlic powder (granulated works best)
  • Basil
  • Cumin
  • Salt

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Liquid Aminos (regular of Coconut Liquid Aminos)
  • 1/2 tsp salt or salt substitute
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together.
  • If desired, refrigerate before serving or mixing in a salad.
  • Enjoy!
