Garden Cucumber Salad
A creamy cucumber salad with cukes as the star of salad and dressing!

- 2 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions red or white
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 T maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp salt or salt substitute
- 1/2 cup Cuke dressing found in our Spreads, Sauces and Dressings section
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup sliced or chopped Roma tomatoes
- 1/4 cup dried parsley or 1/2 cup fresh
Layer the cucumber, and onion slices in a shallow serving dish.
In a separate cup, mix the lemon juice, maple syrup and Creamy Cuke Dressing.
Pour over the vegetables.
Garnish with olives, tomatoes and parsley.
Chill until serving.
